Dealt with my first, and hopefully last, case of sexual harassment with an errant staff today. While the women did not lodge formal complaints, we had to sit the person down for a verbal warning to prevent future similar happenings. Such delicate handling it required. Goodness! As the Chinese saying goes, why would anyone shit where they eat?
