I thought we've evolved in the familiarity with and role of the Internet in our lives. Apparently not. Since I never cease to come across the strangest, most basic questions in my line of work.

Seriously, do I still need to pepper my marketing messages with "click here", "click here to do this or that"? When I send you an email with distinctly coloured text-links for the call to action and name of service, would you not know to click on the "sign up" text-link? Especially when 99% of the other people have no problems with it.
